This brush is suitable for a variety of hair types, but it should be noted that too curly or thick hair is not suitable for this product!
Why doesn’t my hair curl well?
Please follow the picture guide to choose the suitable temperature for your hair type and comb your hair correctly according to the video and written tutorials. Repeat combing until you are satisfied.
Why does my hair become dry and frizzy after using the hair straightening brush?
This is because you have set the temperature too high or have repeated combing too many times on the same strand of hair. If you are not sure if you have the right temperature, we recommend you start with a low temperature and gradually increase the temperature to find the right temperature setting for your hair type.
Can I use it on wet hair?
Do not use it with wet hair.
Why do the bristles melt after using the product?
The bristles of our brushes are made of high temperature resistant nylon and will not melt due to heating.
After heating, the bristles will be cooled and shaped, there will be a slight bending of the bristles, but please rest assured that this is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the normal use of the brush.
